Ordering Checks

To place your first order for checks, or if it’s been more than six months since your last order, please visit a branch or call the Contact Center at (805) 543-1816 for assistance. If you have ordered checks within the last six months, you can reorder through Online Banking or the Mobile App.

  1. Select Services in the menu.
  2. Select Check Reorder.
  3. Select the account you are ordering checks for.
  4. If you’re on a desktop, a new window in your browser will open directing you to Harland Clarke (ordermychecks.com). If you’re using the Mobile App, this will be a pop-up.
  5. The first time you use the online order form you will be asked to enter and verify your personal information as a method of security identification.
  6. Browse the different check styles and accessories and make your preferred selection.
  7. You’ll be shown a preview where you can add additional customizations.
  8. Verify that your address and information are correct.
  9. Select Add to Cart.
  10. Complete your checkout.
  11. You can expect your checks to be delivered within two weeks or so, and you won’t be debited for the payment until the order ships.
