Manage your accounts any time, anywhere with Online Banking and the Mobile App. You might already know you can pay your bills or transfer money, but did you know about these five handy tools?

1. Open a New Share or Certificate

We’ve made it even easier to save for and keep track of your savings goals. Open a second (or third, or fourth…) Share Savings through Online Banking in minutes. Then, name it after your goal — such as “home down payment” or “vehicle maintenance fund.” You can also open a Save to Win 12-month Share Certificate online for a chance to win monthly and quarterly prizes. Every $25.00 in deposits gives you another entry (up to 100 per month; minimum opening deposit is $25.00).

Simply log into Online Banking and select Open a New Account on the accounts dashboard. You can even set up recurring transfers to automatically move money into these accounts on your preferred schedule. You’ll earn a Level Up¹ point for Saving once you have $10,000 or more in balances across all of your eligible share accounts.

2. Apply For Your Next Loan

You can also apply for your next loan through Online Banking, saving a trip to the branch. Simply log in and expand the Menu Bar by selecting the three dots (…) to select Apply for a Loan.

3. Deposit Your Checks Remotely

You may be aware that mobile check deposits are secure and convenient — but are you aware of these other handy benefits? Mobile deposits are completely contactless, deposits made before 4:00 p.m. on a regular business day are available the same day, and your records are instantly updated. Learn more about the benefits.

4. Control Your Card

You can activate or request a new card, lock your card in the event you misplace it, or even report it missing or stolen. Select the deposit account or loan that your card is linked to in the Accounts Dashboard, and select the Card Services tab. If your card needs to be activated, follow the prompts. To lock it, toggle the Card is Unlocked. Select the button to request a new card, or to report it lost or stolen.

5. Set a Travel Notice

Hitting the road? Letting us know your travel plans will help us identify transactions you make versus those that could be fraudulent. Expand the main Menu Bar, select Travel Notice, and fill out the form. It’s that easy!

6. Access Your Statements

View your account or loan statements online anytime with eStatements. eStatements are securely encrypted, convenient and archived for 24 months. To make the switch, log into Online Banking and select Statements.

7. Contact SESLOC Support

Need help with your account or have a question? Try the Secure Message Center or Live Chat in Online Banking, right in the menu bar.

Think of the Secure Message Center like a secure email service just between you and SESLOC support representatives. You can send a message at any time, and even include attachments with sensitive information — a representative will respond as soon as possible during business hours.

Live Chat offers real-time assistance Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m (PST). Live Chat is great if you need quick answers for questions about your accounts, products, or services. Plus, our staff can help guide you online with the CoBrowsing feature. Simply give us permission and we’ll be able to view sesloc.org from your perspective. We’ll guide you as you browse our website, fill out forms or loan applications.
